What are your salon hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?

We recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-ins if our schedule permits. Call or text ahead to check.

Absolutely! We encourage new clients seeking hair color services to book a consultation first.

Booking and Policies

How can I book an appointment?

Online booking is available to all guests. Or for direct help submitting a new guest request will get you in the right direction.

Repeat guests can visit the hair tribe tab when they know how much time they need to book.

What is your cancellation policy?
-
To continue providing my guests with the best possible scheduling options, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Notice before the 48 hours will result in your deposit being applied to your rescheduled appointment. Your deposit will be lost if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours, an additional 25% last-minute cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file, totaling 75% of the intended service and time. The service will be charged in full if we run into a no-call no-show.

What products do you use in your treatments?

We use high-quality, salon-grade products that are gentle on the hair and scalp. We also offer eco-friendly and organic options. Innersense, Cult & King, Hairstory, K18 Biometric Hairsience, and Wella Professionals.

Do you offer any specialized treatments for damaged hair?

Yes, our "Mercury Orbit" and "Terra Orbit" services can be tailored to restore and repair damaged hair. *mercury orbit could be a deep repair treatment and blowout *Terra orbit will be a healthy haircut and repair treatment to help reset and ground the restoration process.

Yes, our services are highly customizable. During your consultation, we will tailor the treatment to meet your specific needs.

Do you offer bridal or special occasion hairstyling?

I do not currently offer Birdal or onsite styling, but I have a lovely referral for you to check out.
